That's really a pity, but my computer doesn't have a floppy and CD-ROM.
If Grub can boot ISO, then I can use it to boot Linux live cd.
Is there a way for me to boot Linux live cd in my situation?

Well, I can't access http://grub.linuxeden.com/ or http://grub.linuxeden.com/wakka.php here either, tried several times with the same result. Regarding the issue of booting an ISO disc image with GRUB, you can find related discussions in the old posts of this section.
