Why does this forum in the new DOS era choose DVBBS?
Using DVBBS is really too bad. The opening speed is unacceptably slow, and the search function is very weak. Without a good search function, the role of the forum is reduced by ten times.
Also, the advertisement header on each page is too large. Often, you open a screen and can't see any posts without dragging the scrollbar down. (The top is all advertisement headers.) Everyone doesn't use this website anymore, so do they still not know the URL of this website?
Strongly suggest that the forum be redesigned, and using a PHP forum like PHPBB is better.

The MYSQL database will also consume some CPU resources during search, but the consumption is less than that of Microsoft's. I haven't found a tool to directly transfer from DVBBS to PHPBB, but you can first transfer to IPB and then transfer from IPB to PHPBB.

I found a program to transfer from DVBBS to PHPWIND. (You can find it by searching online.)

PHPWIND is a relatively good PHPBB - like forum developed by Chinese people.
