首先声明，这篇文章不是我原创的，但是他代表了大多数站长和版主们的心声，希望大家能认真看完它。
我们一些在职的管理员和一些热心会员每天到处找资源及文章给论坛的会员下载或观看。并尽所能给各位提问的会员给于帮助，换来的只有疲惫。可能有一些人已经放弃了，从一个天天找资源，发资源的人转变为了一个看客，一个不愿回帖，不愿道感谢的，整天看别人发一些现成的资源的看客。其实到最后有所失去的并不是我。 到了这时，我希望每位有责任心的会员，以后能多回回贴多帮助一些需要帮助的人。有句老话怎么说来着，帮人即帮已。
我希望各位会员给我们一点动力，在索取信息时别忘了把自己认为有用的好东东跟大家一起共享！只有这样我们才能学到更多的知识，我们的站点才能更活跃！！！
如果让一个好的管理员、斑竹失去了他们的动力最可悲的莫过于你们的无动于衷？
所以希望大家对于一些好的帖子，不要吝舍于一句感谢的话语及建议。
我们不管是做管理员的还是做斑竹或者热心会员的每天到处找资源给会员们看，其实自己能有什么好处？真正得到利益的难道不是你们吗？版主管理员们天天不断维护论坛，删除一些不合格的文章和广告及恶意带病毒的宣传贴，难道不会觉得无聊？不就是为了让你们更好的交流吗？
但是最后为什么我们连这一点可怜的体谅都得不到？
满高兴的发一个帖子，期盼着大家给于一点鼓励的话语，或是一些不足的建议，但无非回帖的就是几个草草的“顶”“看”之类的毫无感情的话语。让人真是觉得失望致极。
论坛很早以前就设置了禁止任何会员发表需回复才能看的帖子，之所以禁止发表隐藏贴，也是为了减少论坛恶意灌水的回复，也请各位网友能体谅管理层的一片心，看到好的贴子请举起你的手回个贴，这是对发贴者最大的鼓励！
网络的生命在于共享－－纵使那里开满再美丽的花，只有你一个人去欣赏，花也一定会变的暗淡无色？所以作为一个大家庭的一个成员，有义务请把收集到的资源与他人分享，请您不要吝啬！
论坛的存在，不是取决于管理者，而是取决于你们！你们决定着这里的未来！！！想要看好贴，首先记得要回贴！发贴者的积极性来源于回复的多少！
中国DOS联盟论坛是我们共同的家园，希望大家齐心协力维护建设我们的家！
最后一点，现在所有在职管理员，平时工作都很忙，对一些提问可能不能尽时答复，也请各位体谅！
请尊重楼主，回复不要跑题，不要灌水！
最常见的情况是楼主发自内心的写了满满一个帖子，有人回复了，
但是却成了其他人聊天灌水的帖子，我们应该多考虑一下楼主的感受。
最后说一句：

First of all, I declare that this article is not original by me, but it represents the voices of most webmasters and moderators. I hope everyone can read it carefully.
Some of our on-duty administrators and some enthusiastic members are looking for resources and articles everywhere every day for forum members to download or view. And they do their best to help members who ask questions, but only get tired in return. Maybe some people have given up, and have changed from someone who used to find and post resources every day to a bystander, someone who is not willing to reply or express gratitude, and整天 just watches others post ready-made resources. The forum has long ago set up a ban on any member posting posts that require a reply to be viewed. The reason for banning hidden posts is also to reduce malicious watermarking replies in the forum.
