补充一下，在DOS下打WINIPCFG也可以看到自己的IP地址，还是中文显示的，！
至于得到对方的IP，不用第三方软件，本人就不得而知了，也正在学习当中！
你说的winipcfg那是在98里能用,在2000或是xp系统中是不能使用的,在2000/xp中使用ipconfig/all可以看到本机上的所有关于网卡的情况,包括MAC地址和当前的IP地址及网卡的子网掩码,网关地址,DNS地址等,具体如下:
