创建一个 GIF 动画：

每帧 10 秒延迟、永久循环：
gifsicle -d10 -l *.gif > anim.gif
给每帧设置不同的延时：
gifsicle -d10 1.gif -d50 2.gif -d20 3.gif -o anim.gif
