修改了好多地方，终于可以启动WIN31了。
虽然是英文界面，也不支持中文文件名，但是在一张软盘中能做出，总是件令人高兴的事。
现在网速太慢，无法上传。

关于XMSDSK的问题，我想说一下。对于那个被aPack压缩过的11KB大小的XMSDSK，一定不要在前面用LH命令加载！否则，当空闲UMB内存小于64KB的情况下，XMSDSK加载时会彻底死机！据我研究，发现这是aPack的一个BUG，所有被它压缩后的文件（XMSDSK当然也不例外）都会有这种情况！事实上，也不需要用LH命令来加载XMSDSK，因为XMSDSK会自动将自己放入UMB内存的。因此，用“XMSDSK”就可以了，而“LH XMSDSK”有点画蛇添足的味道。

说明：
1.因为 MW16.EXE 中的 SYSTEM.INI 也已修改，所以必须重新打包。
我把它打包成最简单的ZIP文件，以利大家继续修改。
2.WIN.BAT我只修改了部分，改到可以启动就没有改下去。如需完善，可继续修改。
3.为了利于初学者使用，我把它做成了全自动进入WIN31的界面。即不需要键入任何字母
就可以见到WIN31的图形窗口。
4.虚拟分区X，设置4M，载入系统以后，只剩1M多，似乎小了些，但我没有改动，再听听大家的意见。
