Can it be made into a bootable disk? Can't it directly access the internet, or can the configuration be adjusted to access the internet? Also, if a bootable floppy disk is made, will it automatically modify the files in the hard disk when booting, or create its own file that causes the original system to malfunction?

Unless you have ROM-DOS's EMM386.EXE or UMBLINK.SYS

After booting, running Ghost gives an error, which seems to indicate "no DPMI memory".

Is it MS-DOS 7.1! Is it version 4.16 or version 5.16?

If it is under WinXP, please use WinImage to make the boot disk according to the instructions.

Try this:

DEVICE=WRAPPER.SYS CCDOS.EXE

That is, start CCDOS97 in CONFIG.SYS.
