刚刚去看了一下，CN-DOS目前有6W多会员，如果每个人都这样想“这才183KB的附件，又不大！！”，恐怕再好的服务器罩不住吧？
Just went to take a look. Currently, CN-DOS has more than 60,000 members. If everyone thinks like "This attachment is only 183KB, it's not big!!", I'm afraid even the best server can't handle it.

用 Bat To Exe Converter 吧，还支持命令行，未加图标的情况下生成的文件小于 10KB。

我给你推荐一个软件吧：Quick batch file，可以编辑并转换任意批处理文件为exe格式，可以定制生成的exe文件为控制台模式或者是幽灵程序（后台运行），可以输入文件保护密码防止反编译，可以捆绑文件，可以任意定制资源信息比如文件描述、公司名称、版本信息、文件图标等。
这样你只需要再加一个asp或别的加壳工具对生成的exe文件加壳，体积又会减少一半。
我将一个122KB的原批处理文件转换成有图标的exe再加asp壳，最后大小是88kb

I'd like to recommend a software to you: Quick batch file, which can edit and convert any batch file into an exe format, can customize the generated exe file to be in console mode or a ghost program (running in the background), can input a file protection password to prevent decompilation, can bundle files, and can arbitrarily customize resource information such as file description, company name, version information, file icon, etc.
In this way, you only need to add another asp or other packer tool to pack the generated exe file, and the volume will be reduced by half.
I converted a 122KB original batch file into an exe with an icon and then added an asp shell, and finally the size was 88kb
