我用winImage做了个2.88M 的.img，然后用vmware4挂上：

说驱动器不支持该参数。
然后我又到bios里把软驱改成了2.88M(vmware里）：

再次失败。
我又用WinImage做了个1.44M的，挂上，用format a:/s做了个启动盘，然后发现WinImage能够直接改镜像文件格式，从1.44M直接改成2.88M。我改了，保存。再挂上，启动：
这回到干脆，系统自检一过，就出来一行字：
Disk I/O error
Replace the disk, and then press any key

我该怎么做啊？？各位版主，高手。。。请赐教啊！
