Gzip for Windows Compressed File Manager Chinese Localization Version Pure Green Version
Gzip is software based on the GNU GPL license. It is the most commonly used compression tool in the Linux system. It is a program that uses Lempel-Ziv coding (LZ77) to compress and decompress files. The most common compression extension is *.gz!
You may ask that there are various and dazzling compression software, why use Gzip? But in Windows, there are very few compression software that support the grub4dos compressed image boot method. Friends who like grub4dos are lucky :)

不错的东东，不过貌似在Windows环境下只需要解压就够了，而WinRAR就支持gzip的解压，呵呵
Nice stuff, but it seems that under the Windows environment, just decompressing is enough, and WinRAR supports gzip decompression, heh

恩，关键用它压缩.img，这样grub能够读取被压缩的.img，winrar转换的.gz就不行。
grub内置的解压缩模块应该也是gzip。
Well, the key is to use it to compress the .img so that grub can read the compressed .img, while the .gz converted by winrar won't work. The built-in decompression module of grub should also be gzip.
