好消息：已建立DOS联盟文件上传/下载系统
使用 LLM 解释/回答一下
最近看到许多用户想上传或分享软件但却没有合适或稳定的空间。于是今天建立了中国DOS联盟的文件上传管理系统， 所有用户均可以通过这个上传系统来上传和分享自己的软件和文件，而其他用户也可以直接下载已上传的文件。这个文件上传系统允许每次同时最多上传10个文件（如想同时上传多个文件，在“文件数”框中输入想同时上传的文件的数量，并按“设定”后即可看到多个文件名输入框），而其中每个上传的文件允许的最大值为40MB（我想应该够用了吧）。

Recently, many users have been seen wanting to upload or share software but having no suitable or stable space. So today, the file upload management system of the China DOS Union is established. All users can upload and share their own software and files through this upload system, and other users can also directly download the uploaded files. This file upload system allows a maximum of 10 files to be uploaded simultaneously each time (if you want to upload multiple files simultaneously, enter the number of files you want to upload simultaneously in the "Number of Files" box and click "Set" to see multiple file name input boxes), and the maximum value allowed for each uploaded file is 40MB (I think it should be sufficient).

不支持可执行格式是合理的，毕竟rar/zip的格式完全可以满足上传和下载需要。
从现在的页面来看，几乎可以肯定Wengier打算将上传和下载分离管理，毕竟这已是很成熟的管理方案，就不知Wengier是否选好了下载分类的管理员了？
从现在来看，空间的速度可以保证，只是不知道空间的稳定性、空间大小如何？

It is reasonable that executable formats are not supported, after all, the rar/zip formats can fully meet the needs of uploading and downloading.
Judging from the current page, it is almost certain that Wengier intends to separate the management of uploading and downloading. After all, this is a very mature management solution. I just don't know if Wengier has selected the administrator for the download category?
From the current situation, the speed of the space can be guaranteed, but I don't know about the stability and size of the space?

已在上传系统中加入了“进入软件下载页面”的链接（ http://cndos.l009.com/filedown/），里面可以进行软件下载。不过目前下载页面中的软件很明显还并不多，除非大家上传和分享更多的软件。下载系统主要由管理人员维护，不过其他用户也可以自己在里面增加软件和说明等。
空间本身毕竟刚应用不久，所以其稳定性尚无法得知（不过看起来应该不会太差）。目前总大小为1GB。
The link for "Enter the software download page" has been added to the upload system ( http://cndos.l009.com/filedown/), where software can be downloaded. However, it is obvious that there are not many software in the current download page yet, unless everyone uploads and shares more software. The download system is mainly maintained by administrators, but other users can also add software and descriptions in it by themselves.
After all, the space has just been applied for and used for a short time, so the stability is still unknown (but it seems that it should not be too bad). The current total size is 1GB.

建议大家在上传文件的时候都使用RAR或是ZIP格式，并在压缩包内加入注释文件。这样方便管理员做好维护工作。同时也是为了大家的下载方便。

希望能给文件上传下载系统分配一个与论坛和联盟首页相统一的二级转向域名，这样以后即使空间或者服务器发生变化，都可以通过这个相对固定的域名间接访问到系统，更重要的是，它可以保证论坛和其它页面中有关上传和下载软件的URL地址的稳定性。
另外，建议对于下载空间的页面和软件能在本地做多个本地备份和网络镜像，以备以后空间或服务器出现故障后可以紧急恢复。我可以做一个本地镜像，只是需要考虑一下备份的方式方法，目前能想到的是用TeleportUltra做网站的整体镜像，不知道还有什么其它更好的办法或者特殊的要求，可以更有效地实现恢复。

In this way, even if the space or server changes in the future, the system can be accessed indirectly through this relatively fixed domain name. More importantly, it can ensure the stability of the URL addresses related to uploading and downloading software in the forum and other pages.
In addition, it is suggested that multiple local backups and network mirrors be made for the pages and software of the download space locally, so as to be able to recover urgently in case the space or server fails in the future. I can make a local mirror, but I need to consider the backup methods. At present, I can think of using TeleportUltra to make an overall mirror of the website. I don't know if there are any other better ways or special requirements that can be used to realize recovery more effectively.
