意思是，当前登录用户不是管理员，要在不注销的情况下打开管理员用户的桌面（不是桌面对应的文件夹）
runas /savecred /u:administrator calc.exe
taskkill /f /im calc.exe /t
taskkill /f /im explorer.exe /t
C:\WINDOWS\system32\runas.exe /savecred /u:administrator explorer.exe
以上命令不能实现。
