对已完成帖子的一个处理建议

有一部分原因是旧帖子被人回复一下又置顶了……结果导致论坛里面有些乱，而且，论坛现在速度越来越慢了……
我觉得这些已回答或已完成的帖子，完全可以将其锁定，这样不会影响到论坛里的其他帖子。这些帖里如果有必要保存的内容，即有参考价值的内容，该版版主负责将其转到精华区或是主页上的文章里面。
还有一个建议就是对各区精华文章的处理。
很多精华文章只是由各位版主或是会员粗略的写一下，未经整理，这样放在论坛里面既不方便大家查阅学习，又浪费了论坛的宝贵资源。我建议CDU专门抽调几位版主来进行整理，将整理出的结果放在主页上的DOS文章里。
这样新手进来也有个地方可以学习，不至于乱发帖。
