不是用户名的问题啊，是这个地址在我这儿根本就无法访问。而找一个代理服务器又太麻烦了。。而以前的202.192.202.18就没有这个问题。

It's not a username issue. This address is simply not accessible from my end. And finding a proxy server is too troublesome. The previous 202.192.202.18 didn't have this problem.
