Just bought a new laptop but it's running VISTA system. I only know how to use GHOST for backup. But I can't enter DOS. After booting with a WINDOWS ME boot disk, I can't find my hard drive. Need help on how to enter DOS!! Waiting online!! PS: I don't know much about computers, please be specific thank you!!!

请楼主将自己的情况说清楚一点,比如硬盘是否S-ATA?GHOST.EXE是放在哪个盘(光盘或硬盘)上的?
照偶看过的装VISTA的笔记本(SONY),硬盘只有一个分区,而且是用SONY专用的分区工具做的.而VISTA只能装在NTFS分区上.这样的话GHOST.EXE放在硬盘上在DOS下估计是认不出的.且只有一个分区,请问楼主备分后的映像文件你要放在哪呢?放在硬盘上显然不行的.请仔细看一下说明书,里面估计有教楼主如何做恢复盘的.
当然以上只是猜测,如果楼主的硬盘是两个分区,可以将装有GHOST.EXE的DOS启动盘或启动光盘启动后,执行本光盘或软盘上的GHOST,让GHOST来认硬盘而不是用DOS这样可能行吧!建议用最新的GHOST11.0,祝楼主成功!

我的是东芝的笔记本电脑
分了3个区
情况和你说的一样
进入DOS后只能找到C盘而且还不是我自己C盘里的内容
是不是用GHOST11.0就可以了？

There are 3 partitions.
The situation is the same as you mentioned.
After entering DOS, only C drive can be found and it is not the content in my own C drive.
Is it okay to use GHOST 11.0?

如果只是备份用,不用进dos 有个onekey软件非常方便,纯windows下傻瓜式操作.
我只是不能传附件,你用google搜一下就行了.
If it's just for backup and you don't need to enter DOS, there's a very convenient software called OneKey, which is an idiot-proof operation under pure Windows.
I just can't attach files, you can just search it on Google.
