可以使用TYPE这个命令，格式type 文件名 扩展名 要注意空格，如果字太多可以分页读，在后面加个|more 或者直接使用 more 文件名来读取

最好用一些第3方的软件。Type命令比较弱的说。
比如有中文阅读软件Cread.exe ，这个不需要加载中文系统就可以看汉字文本。
英文编辑软件EDit.exe和QE.exe（QuickEdit），不但能看，而且能编辑。这个要看汉字的话得加载汉字系统，比如Ucdos,CCDOS,TW,XZL之类的。
