新版IMGDRIVE的优点

新的IMGDRIVE共包括4个文件，一个批处理文件，两个.EXE文件(IMGDRIVE.EXE和IMG.EXE)一个说明文件，运行其中的批处理，显示和激活方式与旧版本相同。与旧版不同的是：在安装多张盘软件时，等第一张盘安装完后，提示插入第二张盘时，直接用热键ALT+右SHIFT装入第二张盘，不必再激活IMGDRIVE去输入新盘名(按ALT+左SHIFT为减盘号)，ALT+右SHIFT为加盘号)。

⑦UNDISK.EXE(1.51 PRO)这是本人现在使用得最多的解映像软件，因为它的兼容性相对来说最好，所支持的格式多达13种，分别为DUP 3.0、DISKDUPE、HD-COPY 1.7X、QCOPY PRO、COPYQM、HD-COPY 1.7α、DISK IMAGE、DEC DISKETTE、SAB DUPDISK、DCSS COPYEZ、SWDI 3.3，参数也最多。
⑧求真镜像伴侣QZIMG类似IMG的国产新软件，也是把内存模拟成软盘来安装软件，但它已克服了IMG的缺点，并且具备全自动、自动、鼠标、热键几种方式。(求真镜像伴侣非自由软件，电脑报软件部有售)。
以上②～⑦所列出的软件都是直接将映像文件解至硬盘，使用格式为：UN??? 文件名 。将光盘上的映像文件解至硬盘后，如果需要在DOS下安装的，使用SUBST.EXE将目录模拟成软驱，再进行安装。因而对于需要安装的软件来说，使用起来不如IMG及QZIMG方便。
