请问我把他放到自己制作的DOS驱动盘IMG镜像中，然后集成到多启动（包括xp）光盘中制做成ISO。在这种情况下我是否能（在一定范围内）分享这个ISO？ 也就是说不是单独发放这个文件，而是做到一个大合集中（外国人）不一定能发现或者找到？

May I put it into the IMG image of my own DOS driver disk and integrate it into a multi-boot (including xp) CD and make it into an ISO? Under this circumstance, can I share this ISO within a certain range? That is, not to distribute this file alone, but to include it in a large collection where foreigners may not necessarily find or locate it?

It is okay as long as it is not sent abroad, it is fine for domestic personal use.
