Indeed. The variable delay can be summarized in just a few sentences.
But to make friends who don't understand the meaning of variable delay understand, a long explanation is needed.
I'm just afraid that some friends don't understand, so I'm a bit wordy. For friends who understand variable delay, it seems too complicated.
Otherwise, everyone wouldn't need teachers. They could just buy books and study by themselves. It's because some things in books are not detailed enough, so teachers' guidance is still needed.
