这个FTP我在本地测试，能达到50K左右的下载速度（已经达到我们这个人ADSL下载速度的极限，还能不能再快点我也不知道），硬盘空间还剩下5G左右，如果有需要，我还可以再清些空间。
这个FTP我是用网吧的服务器做的，我们这的网吧在晚上0点到早上7点不能上网，在这个时间段不能下载（这是唯一的限制）。
FTP不限制人数，每IP可以同时开5线程。FTP长期开放(上传、下载)。

I tested this FTP locally and can achieve a download speed of about 50K (which has reached the limit of the ADSL download speed at our place; I don't know if it can be faster). There is still about 5G of free hard disk space, and I can clear more space if needed.
This FTP is set up using an internet café server. The internet cafes here can't access the internet from 0:00 to 7:00 in the morning, and downloads are not possible during this period (this is the only restriction).
The FTP has no limit on the number of users, and each IP can open 5 threads simultaneously. The FTP is open for a long time (both uploading and downloading).
