实际上尽管wattcp的软件部分是免费的，而且还是开源的，但这本手册却不是免费的。
在这份文档的第3页写到：
Please note: this manual is copyrighted, you may not copy it without written permission by the author. If you are interested in using this manual as part of a course, please contact me for a per copy license fee for the manual.
所以，对这种行为我个人不表示支持，尽管我也在一直使用这个库。
从长久来看，对开源并不有利。
Actually, although the software part of wattcp is free and open-source, this manual is not free.
It is written on page 3 of this document:

So, I personally do not support such behavior, although I have been using this library all the time.
