Just now I made another update, upgrading WPLAY to version 1.16. The details are as follows:
1: Re-added the /? parameter, which is the same as the /h or /H parameter to display help information. And continued to update the help information. (Note: In the help, just display WPLAY /L, WPLAY /H, etc. for the options. No program's help information displays both uppercase and lowercase characters at the same time (such as /l and /L, /h and /H, etc.), even if both uppercase and lowercase characters are acceptable);
2: Officially added a simple Playlist function under Rushon's suggestion! For example: WPLAY SONG.LST can play all WAV files inside. Note that the first line of the playlist file must be LIST, and start entering WAV file names from the second line. For example:
LIST
SONG1.WAV
SONG2.WAV
..
You can refer to the playlist example file SONG.LST inside. WPLAY will play all WAV files inside in sequence;
3: Officially renamed the source files WSS.C and WSS.H to WPLAY.C and WPLAY.H.

WPLAY has been updated again, upgraded to version 1.17. The main update contents include:
1: Fixed the possible problems in version 1.16 when playing non-list files;
2: Restored the playicon function, so that WPLAY can continuously switch the icon display during playback, enhancing the effect (Ruston seemed to forget this function and removed it?);
3: This is the most important update. Added loop control function. Users can press the L key at any time during playback to control whether to loop the song, and the default value is "Yes";
4: Allows continuing to play the next song specified in the playlist in the case of some wrong song entries in the playlist (such as not finding the file, etc.).
And some other minor updates, such as some enhancements to the interface display, etc.

P.S. Regarding the decoding part of the program, it is still up to Rushon to update it, after all, I am not very familiar with this part.

Continuing the update to version 1.18, the main update contents are as follows:

1: When playing files using a list, the ENTER key can be used to switch to the next file;

Another note: When using the list playback function, it is found that after completely playing a 44K file with WPLAY list, when playing a 22K file basically there will be no noise, while if the 44K file is not completely played before playing the 22K file, there may be noise (but sometimes not).

Update again, version 1.20 is released. Main updates: re-support Sound Blaster or compatible sound card playback, so that WPLAY supports various ordinary SB sound cards and various AC97 sound cards! But this time it's not like before where users have to make a choice, but full automatic detection. First detect Sound Blaster sound card, then detect AC97 sound card. If the user has both Sound Blaster and AC97 dual sound cards and wants to play with AC97 sound card, just don't set the BLASTER value or set an incorrect BLASTER value.
