比较基础，本人也刚玩虚拟机不久，这阵狂折腾，身心俱累，瞎写了点东西，不是很成熟，大家凑活着看看吧！由于文件太大（word文件），分成了6段，开了两个贴，给大家造成了不必要的麻烦，请谅解！有什么意见和批评还请回帖多多指教！

It's relatively basic. I've just started playing with virtual machines not long ago. I've been going crazy with折腾lately, both physically and mentally exhausted. I wrote something randomly, not very mature. You all can just take a look! Because the file is too large (a Word file), it's divided into 6 segments and posted in two threads, causing unnecessary trouble to everyone. Please understand! If you have any opinions and criticisms, please feel free to post back and give more advice!
