有关grubdisk

请问当我下载了grubdisk(release 2006-3-08), 再开启grubdisk.exe, 并将文件写了入软磁盘. 之后我应怎样用这软磁盘 去修复第2部有问题的电脑呢? (即是我应怎样使用grubdisk?) :
我是用win xp sp2的, 我的系统有问题, 中了毒，入不到windows
而且想在dos 下, 把drive c 的几个重要文件copy到drive e>>>
但我不能用到grubdisk 的super ms-dos, 请问我是做漏了那些步骤? 或我该怎样做, 才能用到super ms-dos?

我选择了1, 再选择8(因我的drive d,e都是ntfs), 但之后就停了下来, 根本不是进入super ms-dos 7.10, 没有机会比我打指令.
还有我不懂打dos命令, 我要怎样才用到Volkov Commander?
我的win xp 的启动硬盘分区(drive c)lost 了ntdetect.com, boot.ini, ntldr, 应怎样用grubdisk去修复呢? 我问过人, 他说打SYS : , 请问可否详细解释给我应怎样做?
我在用第2部电脑(win xp), 制作了一片ms-dos 开机磁盘(在我的电脑, 3.5磁盘A中按格式化, 然后勾选＂制作一个MS-SOD开机磁盘＂), 但我用它来开机,想在dos下, COPY 光盘机的文件到DRIVE C, 但却不能. 而打入命令DIR I: (I为光盘机路径), 也说DRIVE PATH NOT CORRECT,我想问是否这开机磁盘不能调用 光驱? 还是我做错了?
另外, 想问大家什么是＂u盘＂?
