只要在BIOS里设置支持USB设备，就可以用USB键盘，MSDOS 7.1启动盘也支持USB鼠标（好像是Ctmouse.exe驱动的）。
As long as you set the support for USB devices in the BIOS, you can use a USB keyboard. The MSDOS 7.1 boot disk also supports USB mice (it seems to be driven by Ctmouse.exe).

这个问题在论坛里讨论好几次了，现在DOS下usb鼠标驱动程序很不理想，只能说你的主板BIOS（内置）支持DOS下usb鼠标就不用设置，如果没有支持单靠外部驱动很难搞定的。
传说中有个USB4DOS可能支持，可是在这个世界上好像谁也没有看见过这个程序，只是传说而已。

This issue has been discussed several times in the forum. Currently, the USB mouse drivers under DOS are very unsatisfactory. It can only be said that if your motherboard BIOS (built-in) supports USB mouse under DOS, no setting is needed. If not, it's very difficult to handle solely with an external driver.
It is rumored that USB4DOS might support it, but it seems that no one in this world has ever seen this program, it's just a rumor.

不过嘛，现在的电脑下在DOS下使用USB鼠标应该已经不是问题了。比如说我自己现在一直在使用的USB无线鼠标，由于BIOS支持，在DOS下直接用CTMOUSE驱动就可以了，和一般的PS/2鼠标使用起来感觉没有什么区别的。

:P, and that USB4DOS is now impossible to buy (it seems it's no longer sold and not available for download).
But then again, using a USB mouse under DOS on current computers should no longer be a problem. For example, the USB wireless mouse I've been using all the time, because the BIOS supports it, can be directly driven by CTMOUSE under DOS, and it feels no different from using a general PS/2 mouse.

现在很多机器有一个USB BIOS Support支持在DOS下把USB鼠标模拟成PS/2或串口鼠标。
但是有些机器还是有严重的兼容性问题，
比如我的Thinkpad R60，USB DOS支持下，只要加载Videothief截图TSR，鼠标必乱跳，用M$ Mouse Driver 11或者国内那个MOUSE.COM症状一样，ctmouse干脆无法load。
Now many machines have a USB BIOS Support that supports simulating a USB mouse as a PS/2 or serial mouse under DOS.
But some machines still have serious compatibility issues,
For example, my Thinkpad R60, under USB DOS support, as long as the Videothief screenshot TSR is loaded, the mouse will jump randomly. Using M$ Mouse Driver 11 or that domestic MOUSE.COM has the same symptoms, and ctmouse simply cannot be loaded.

我一直都在用USB键盘和mouse在DOS下运行，你们这样一说我发现好像DOS的版本不管是不是最新的，只要主板支持就OK了。
比如我用的965的芯片组，一点问题都没有哦~~~
I've been using USB keyboards and mice to run under DOS all the time. Now that you mention it, I realize that no matter whether the DOS version is the latest or not, it's okay as long as the motherboard supports it. For example, I'm using a 965 chipset, and there are no problems at all~~~
