楼主用的是不是XP或以上具有ClearType技术的系统，再搭载了其他非默认字体？这样的话可以用Cttune.cpl这个文件进行调整，解压压缩包，将其中的文件移动到C:\Windows\system32文件夹下。
还有一种解释就是你屏幕分辨率有问题，CRT设定就麻烦了。LCD的话，将分辨率设为推荐分辨率和刷新率，并且使用自动设定使屏幕达到最佳显示状态即可。
