[求助]YAMAHA 724 声卡，为什么玩 DOS 游戏播放 MIDI 没声?

YAMAHA 724 声卡(PCI)，环境是 Windows 98，安装 DOS 驱动，用的 98 自带的 DOS 7.1。
玩 DOS 仙剑，INSTALL 如果选“声霸卡”，音乐音效都有；选“MIDI＋声霸卡”音效有，没有音乐。
也试过《金庸群侠传》，运行 SETSOUND 把音乐模拟成 SB 系列能播放 MIDI(但效果不好)，选 MPU401，能找到驱动也提示成功，还是跟仙剑一样没有音乐。
还试了 DOS《神雕侠侣》，因为此游戏和金庸是一个引擎(都是智冠所出)，也是运行 SETSOUND 设置声音，所以症状也都一样，选 MPU401 提示成功，但没音乐。
估计再试别的用 MIDI 发声的 DOS 游戏肯定也都没有音乐。
也试了 DOS 游戏《楚留香传奇：血海飘香》，运行 SETUP 设置声音，可以设置用 MIDI 或 FM 当背景音乐，设置 FM 有音乐很正常，设置 MIDI 就没有音乐，很是郁闷……
该检查的都检查了，BIOS、中断值也都对、驱动也是 YAMAHA 官网上最新的 3.16 版 DOS 驱动。
我还有一块 Sound Blaster 128 声卡。
这个声卡玩 DOS 仙剑的 MIDI 能发声，但该声卡毕竟没有 YAMAHA 724 播放 MIDI 的效果好，这也是我想把 YAMAHA 724 在 DOS 下弄出 MIDI 的原因，但始终事与愿违……
但 SB 128 这个声卡我研究了好久，始终弄不出音效！
唉！两块声卡终究鱼和熊掌还未能兼得……

YAMAHA 724 Sound Card (PCI), environment is Windows 98, installing DOS drivers, using the 98-built-in DOS 7.1.
When playing DOS version of Sword and Fairy, if INSTALL selects "Sound Blaster card", both music and sound effects are present; if selecting "MIDI + Sound Blaster card", sound effects are present but no music.
Also tried Jin Yong Knight Errant, running SETSOUND to simulate music as SB series to play MIDI (but the effect is not good), selecting MPU401, can find the driver and it prompts success, but still the same as Sword and Fairy with no music.
Also tried DOS version of The Return of the Condor Heroes, because this game and Jin Yong Knight Errant have the same engine (both produced by Softstar), also running SETSOUND to set sound, so the symptoms are all the same, selecting MPU401 prompts success but no music.
It is estimated that other DOS games using MIDI for sound will definitely have no music.
Also tried DOS game The Legend of Chu Liuxiang: The Floating Fragrance of the Blood Sea, running SETUP to set sound, can set to use MIDI or FM as background music, setting FM has music normally, setting MIDI has no music, very depressed...
All checked, BIOS, interrupt values are all correct, drivers are also the latest 3.16 version DOS drivers from YAMAHA official website.
I also have a Sound Blaster 128 sound card.
