我电脑在纯DOS环境下，网络命令不能用，ping，ipconfig什么的一打就说Bad Command or file name，在下菜鸟，请哪位高手帮帮忙

dos下不安装网络软件当然没有网络命令可用。dos的年代可不是如今的网络年代。
