他们管启动的画面叫boot screen，下载下来的确是W说的ntoskrnl.exe，还有个ntoskrnlps.exe，XP下可以改的东西有很多，包括用户登陆的画面（login），和窗口的风格（Visual Style）下面是几张相关的图片：

至于2000的，我就不是很清楚了，我最近才用2000，以前一直没怎么注意过2000的东西
改之前自己做好一切准备，想好出了问题的解决方法，后果自负（反正我不负责^_^）
还有，没有人可以记住所有的东西，所以可能会给你些记忆中的东西做为参考，至于怎么从里面获得有用的东西，那就要靠自己了，如果想要学到东西的话，不自己试是不可以的。
