USB启动盘问题，请高手留步！！

因为电脑光驱坏了，无法从光驱安装系统，我现在用的是XP，想装个2000，所以就拷了个2000的安装文件在硬盘上，后用矮人DOS的确安装了2000可是无法格式化C盘，原来的XP仍然存在，想要格式化C：盘只能用启动盘在DOS下去格式化，可是用USBOOT等制作启动盘的工具均无法进入DOS，提示the operation system si missing ，请各位大大进来指点下该如何解决这个启动盘问题啊，我不想用XP了，想用2000。
Because the computer CD drive is broken and cannot install the system from the CD drive. I am currently using XP and want to install 2000, so I copied the 2000 installation files to the hard drive. Then I did install 2000 using Dwarf DOS, but I can't format the C drive. The original XP is still there. To format the C: drive, I can only use a boot disk to format in DOS. However, when using tools like USBOOT to make boot disks, I can't enter DOS and it prompts "the operation system si missing". Please, everyone, come in and give some pointers on how to solve this boot disk problem. I don't want to use XP anymore and want to use 2000.

我觉得如果想格C盘，可能必须做DOS启动盘，现在又没法做DOS启动盘，对了我的是本本，BIOS上启动项没有明确表明USB-ZIP ，USD-HDD等选项，只有USB－STORAGE 的选项，难道是主板不行？还是U盘本身不是所谓的启动型，我晕了，

或者有没有直接可以下载到U盘里直接就可以当作启动盘的启动程序啊，那些软件不行啊
Or is there any startup program that can be directly downloaded to the USB drive and used as a bootable disk directly? Those software don't work.
